About Success Foundation

Success is not a state of being but a state of mind. This is the driving force behind Success Foundation. We are driven by a vision to make people skilled and reliant in their own capabilities. We would like to introduce a beacon of hope in people’s lives by introducing them to new skills that will make them more job-ready and happy within. This has been done by organizing various awareness programmes across the country, especially focused on the youth. Making people understand the importance of being skilled and honing their abilities to become educated for their ultimate goal of getting willfully employed has been the driving force for us every single day. We hope to widen the reach of people from economically weaker sections and fast track their career to success. Because only when we put nation first, do we get a brighter, more promising tomorrow for everyone.

Mission

The state of the environment has been rapidly deteriorating. Success Foundation hopes to encourage the youth of the nation to become more environmentally conscious and proactive towards protecting it. It also hopes to encourage the youth to follow their dreams and become outstanding citizens of the country. Their newfound vocational and soft skill trainings will enable them to become more job-ready and adept at earning a happier and healthier life.

Objective

Success, as we all know, is more than what meets the eye. It demands that every cog in the machinery works in complete synergy and makes something greater than all that is achievable individually. We understand this phenomena and hope to motivate the young guns of the country to be better at whatever they desire. We have been helping the youth tap their true potential by honing skills that they earlier thought they lacked. Success Foundation aims to give every individual the ability to spread them wings and take a leap of faith. All this will help the nation and its people prosper and go beyond any challenge they face.

MRS. CHAMAN KHAN

Director, Success Foundation

Born in a family of nationalists, Mrs. Chaman Khan’s father was a vital part of India’s freedom movement. Having completed his Bar-at-Law from Oxford University, London, Barrister Gulsher Ahmed played an important role in nation building after India received its independence. He held various important cabinets in the central as well as state legislative assemblies which empowered him to play a key role in many nation-building projects that elevated India’s stature in the eyes of the world.

The spirit for creating a better India got a boost after she was married to Wg Cdr A S Khan. This gave her the opportunity to make a change in the lives of the people of several small towns and cities during her short, yet remarkable stint across the country.

She has always spread joy, inspiration and colour to the life of everyone she meets. She has been a remarkable environmentalist, philanthropist and a source of positivity for everyone she has met over the last few decades.

WG CDR A S KHAN

Chairman, Success Foundation

Hailing from a small town in Madhya Pradesh, Wg Cdr A S Khan has always been a spirited man with a big dream. The idea of simple living and high thinking percolated in his mind since childhood. He always graduated his classes with distinction. After graduating as a outstanding student from his engineering college, his passion for thinking of the nation (first) made him join the Indian Air Force as an Aeronautical Engineer. The Air Force enabled him to touch the sky with glory and make a tangible mark within and outside India to the best of his abilities.

It’s during his stint in the Air Force that he met his like-minded companion who has the same drive to do something big for the nation.

After the illustrious Air Force career, he has been working among students a professor. This has enabled him to mentor the children, who are the future of the nation, to become happier and more inspired.
